What can I do with my purchased artwork or NFT?
You may use your purchase for personal or commercial projects. You may display, print, publish, modify, resize, reproduce, incorporate, redistribute, or resell the artwork as you see fit. Pixel Shroom Studio does not require a separate usage license after purchase. Keep the signed original unchanged as your verifiable master file, and make separate copies for editing, printing, sharing, or AI enhancement.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Yes. Purchased artwork and NFTs may be used in commercial projects, advertising, websites, publications, products, presentations, prints, and other work. Pixel Shroom Studio does not charge an additional commercial-use fee.
Can I modify, resize, or enhance the artwork?
Yes. You may crop, resize, recolor, convert, enhance, combine, or otherwise modify your purchase. Any changed version becomes a derivative file with a different digital fingerprint and will not verify as the unchanged signed original.
Can AI reproduce the artwork at a different size?
Yes. AI tools or conventional editing software may create another size or variation. Preserve the downloaded signed original separately because the new derivative will not retain the original file’s valid SHA-256 fingerprint.
Can I redistribute or resell the artwork?
Yes. After purchase, you may redistribute or resell the artwork. Be aware that sharing the exact signed file also shares the same embedded authenticity information. The signature verifies the issued file; it does not identify its current holder.
Does purchasing an artwork give me exclusive rights?
No, unless the individual listing explicitly describes the sale as exclusive. Other customers may purchase or use copies of the same artwork. Cryptographic signing verifies source and integrity but does not create exclusivity.
Does Pixel Shroom Studio claim copyright over purchased artwork?
Pixel Shroom Studio does not assert copyright restrictions over its purchased AI-generated artwork. Copyright treatment of AI-generated material can vary by country and may depend on the amount of human contribution. Pixel Shroom Studio does not promise that a buyer can obtain exclusive copyright protection.
What makes my original authentic?
The delivered original includes its LWV serial identity, cryptographic signature, SHA-256 fingerprint, and authenticity record. These records help confirm that Pixel Shroom Studio issued the file and that it has not changed since signing.
What does the signed original provide me?
The signed original lets you verify the issuing studio, registered artwork, LWV serial, and file integrity. Your receipt and purchase record show that you obtained the artwork from Pixel Shroom Studio.
Should I preserve the original download?
Yes. Keep the signed original unchanged and store at least one secure backup. Use separate copies for editing, printing, resizing, sharing, resale, or AI enhancement so the master file remains verifiable.
Does the cryptographic signature prevent copying?
No. Cryptographic signing does not prevent copying, screenshots, redistribution, or modification. It provides a way to verify the source and integrity of an unchanged file.
Will my purchased image contain watermarks?
No. Website previews use full-image watermarks for protection before purchase. The delivered original is provided without the storefront watermark.
